We ship to most countries worldwide via DHL Express. Estimated delivery time is 7–10 days from dispatch, إن شاء الله. Tracking is provided for every shipment.
All listed prices exclude shipping. The exact shipping cost is calculated by weight and destination and confirmed to you via WhatsApp before you pay. Wholesale / bulk orders receive special pricing.
Import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund with DHL.
Because honey is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns once a seal is broken. If you receive the wrong item or a product with a quality issue, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it or issue a refund.
You may cancel an order any time before dispatch for a full refund. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
